Rob Frazier serves as the Donor Services Coordinator at St. John’s Ministries, where he has the opportunity to connect with the organization’s amazing donors whose commitment makes the mission possible. Building relationships with these compassionate individuals is one of the most rewarding aspects of his work. He shares stories of hope, transformation, and resilience—stories that donors help write every day through their support.
With a background in the business world of Transportation and Logistics, Rob has spent the last 30 years managing transportation professionals and starting new businesses. His most recent roles include positions at Roehl Logistics, Schneider National, and M2 Logistics. In addition, Rob has 28 years of commissioned officer service in the US Air Force and Air Force Reserves. He retired as a Lieutenant Colonel, having served as a B-52 instructor and evaluator pilot, along with multiple staff positions.
Rob has held various roles at St. John’s Ministries, which has given him a deep understanding of the guests’ needs and the impact the programs have on their lives. This experience allows him to authentically communicate the heart of the mission to donors and celebrate the vital role they play in creating lasting change.
Outside of work, Rob enjoys spending time with his wife and family. He has three children and seven grandchildren who enrich his love for family. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, and working in the yard.
