Tollef graduated with an education degree from St. Norbert College, followed by a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Marian University. Tollef has 22 years of leadership and teaching experience in public schools and is trained in Trauma Based Relational Interventions and Crisis Prevention Institute training.

In his position as a program coordinator, Tollef meets the guests in the moment. As a collaborative effort, Tollef meets with guests to identify the next steps for forward-moving action steps. This approach makes case management meaningful for each individual guest while allowing for them to be successful. Tollef is passionate about helping all people reach their own potentials and fulfill the “why” in their own lives.

When he is not at work, you will see Tollef being the dad of ten children. Being the best dad of ten children comes with sacrificial love to support them to help them grow for the future.
