As Donor Services Manager, Lauren Waters is passionate about connecting people who care with a mission that matters. Her goal is to ensure donors feel informed, appreciated, and able to see the real impact of their generosity.

Lauren brings a strong background in communications and fundraising, with experience in both the nonprofit and corporate sectors. She has also been involved in a variety of writing and editing projects over the past 10+ years, building on her journalism experience from UW–Green Bay.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys reading, cooking, playing tennis, and spending time with her two sons. She’s excited to get to know our dedicated supporters, connect with guests, and share the impactful mission of St. John’s Ministries.
